RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At GSDB Sales, customer satisfaction is important to us.

Customers may request a return within 14 days of receiving their order.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unworn, in their original condition, and returned with all original packaging and tags where applicable.

Return eligibility may vary depending on the supplier's policy. Certain products may not be eligible for return unless they are damaged, defective, or incorrect upon arrival.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 5 days of delivery and provide photos of the issue.

Refunds will be processed after the returned item has been received and inspected. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product.

GSDB Sales reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the conditions outlined above.
